V-Core® Workout is the hottest workout to hit the group exercise setting! V-Core® Workout was created by Podiatrist and Exercise Specialist Dr. Emily Splichal as she saw a need for a workout that would effectively address women’s postural alignment, functional demands of walking and strength of the foot and ankle. V-Core® Workout combines light free weights, a towel and a woman’s body weight into an intelligent combination of postural training, balance training and core training to help women build postural endurance, hip and core strength and foot and ankle stability. V-Core® Workout brings posture training and gait training into the classroom setting.
